With the right support, sleep can change - let's do it together. My services are designed to meet you where you are and guide you towards the rest your family deserves.

This is a 60-minute video consult or in-home consult, where we will go over your completed pre-consult form and 5-day sleep tracking diary. This allows me to further get to know your child, family, values and goals.

Following your initial appointment, I will email you your personalised sleep plan and written summary of your initial appointment.

After 2-3 weeks of implementing your sleep plan, we will have a 30-minute review appointment to talk over successes and challenges, and make any necessary changes.

A short check-in call during the first week of implementing the plan. This call is a focused opportunity to clarify questions, troubleshoot minor challenges, and ensure you feel confident moving forward.

Families who have had the Initial Consultation are welcome to book 30-Minute Follow-Up Sessions for further support or as new sleep needs arise.
