Sleep Support Package Process

Step 1. Initial Appointment

This is a 60-minute video consult or in-home consult, where we will go over your completed pre-consult form and 5-day sleep tracking diary. This allows me to further get to know your child, family, sleep challenges, parent values and goals. We will talk through a plan for you to start implementing when you are ready. 

Step 2. Personalised Sleep Plan

Following your initial appointment, I will email you your personalised sleep plan and written summary of your initial appointment. These will be detailed documents with step-by-step instructions and ideas of how to best implement your sleep plan in a gentle, holistic and responsive way. 

step 3. 15-MINUTE support call AFTER 1 WEEK

A short check-in call during the first week of implementing the plan. This call is a focused opportunity to clarify questions, troubleshoot minor challenges, and ensure you feel confident moving forward.

step 4. 30-minute Review Appointment

After 2-3 weeks of implementing your sleep plan, we will have a 30-minute review appointment to talk over successes and challenges, and make any necessary changes.


Further Support

30-minute follow-up session

Families who have completed the Sleep Support Package are welcome to book 30-Minute Follow-Up Sessions for further support or as new sleep needs arise.
